In one-step, Preen Weed Preventer with Brilliant Blooms Fertilizer prevents summer broadleaf and winter annual weeds from growing in flower and vegetable beds, ground covers, and around trees and shrubs. It replaces Preen Garden Weed Preventer with Fertilizer. This new product now prevents weeds for three months with just one application.

In addition, Preen Weed Preventer with Brilliant Blooms Fertilizer contains a balanced (10-17-9) fertilizer of nitrogen, phosphorous and potash. The high phosphorus component of the fertilizer helps the plant to create more abundant blooms. The fertilizer also helps to improve the plant’s vigor and strengthens the plant’s root system.

Safe to use with more than 200 plants, Preen Weed Preventer with Brilliant Blooms Fertilizer does not kill existing weeds. Rather, it prevents new weeds from sprouting and growing. If the area has existing weeds, they will have to be pulled before applying Preen. For best results, reapply every three months. As with all garden products, always read and follow the label directions for use.
