Timesaving, weed-preventing Preen Mulch Plus expands color selection
Midnight Black and Cocoa Brown join Premium Hardwood and Russet Red in the Preen Mulch Plus line to perform two, timesaving tasks in one. The mulches prevent weeds for six months while moderating the moisture and temperature of the soil. The colored mulches enhance the beauty of landscaped beds for one year without fading.
Preen Mulch Plus Premium Hardwood, Russet Red, Midnight Black and Cocoa Brown are made of premium hardwoods enhanced with two herbicides to prevent broadleaf and grassy weeds. They prevent at least 100 weeds, providing better, more effective controls for a longer period than any other mulch on the market.
The mulches can be used around established trees, shrubs, perennials and bedding plants; however, as with any garden product, always read and follow label directions. Each bag of Preen Mulch Plus provides a 2-inch depth covering 12 square feet.
Certified by the Mulch & Soil Council, Preen Mulch Plus contains only natural forest products and has earned the Good Housekeeping Seal. The mulches are available at more than 1,300 Lowe’s stores nationwide and at select independent garden centers.
