We retain your name, address, email address, telephone number, and when appropriate your credit card number and information on where you purchase our products.

This is collected when you join our Loyalty Clubs, participate in new product tests, place an order on our sites, request information or take advantage of a promotional event.

We maintain your information in a secure database.

What information is shared with other companies?
We do contract with other companies to provide services such as credit card processing and market research. We only provide the necessary information to complete the services required. We always work closely with them to make sure your privacy is protected. They are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing purposes and may not share it with anyone other than us.

If legal issues, government request or court order require we must disclose information, we will if required by law. We do not provide companies with information for marketing or commercial purposes.

When will we send you emails?
If you have joined our Loyalty Clubs we will send you periodic emails with promotions, interesting news, and product testing opportunities at no set schedule. After you place an order with us we will send an email confirming the order and a follow up email when the order has shipped. We will need your email address to process the request. We do send mailings out and plan them sometimes weeks in advance so it may take a few weeks for your request to be processed. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information we will also delete it from our files.
