1. ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and where prohibited. Employees of Lebanon Seaboard Corporation, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies [“Related Entities”] and their immediate families are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor

3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER:This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on March 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2008. A) Online Entries: Log onto www.preen.com and submit the Official Online Entry Form by submitting your complete name, address including zip code, and your e-mail address by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 1, 2008; or B) Mail Entries: Hand print your complete name, address including zip code and email address (if available) on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail the piece of paper in an envelope with First Class Postage to: Preen Garden Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 268, Lancaster, PA 17608-0268. All Mail Entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2008 and received by July 11, 2008. Limit one entry per household. Online entrants who invite a friend(s) to share in the Sweepstakes, as well as special offers, samples and gardening tips, will automatically receive one additional entry (up to five additional entries). All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. With respect to Online Entries, Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected entries, entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost or damaged due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. All Online Entries must include a valid e-mail address. With respect to Mail Entries, Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, damaged, illegible, or postage-due Entries or mail. No facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, alterations or forged entries accepted.
4. WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING:Four (4) Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about July 22, 2008 by the Taylor Brand Group, LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Prizes will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by U.S. Mail on or about July 29, 2008. In the event the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
5. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE, THREE (3) FIRST PLACE PRIZES:A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded for a total value of $4,000. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner’s order in the amount of $2,500. Each of the three (3) First Place Prize Winners will receive a check made payable to the First Place Prize Winner's order in the amount of $500. Grand Prize and First Place Prize Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted. All Prize Winners must supply the Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor may rescind the Sweepstakes, without liability, in the event of printing or production errors, or electronic failures of any kind. By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, Winner grants to Sponsor and the Related Entities associated with this Sweepstakes, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, discovered or devised, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without review, approval, or notification.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:All Prize Winners will be required to complete, execute, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) business days of notification. In the event the Prize Winner is a minor under applicable state law, minor’s parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return all required documents. If documents are not returned timely, or if Prize Winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Entrants, by participating, release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and the Related Entities associated with this Sweepstakes from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, participation in this Sweepstakes or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Further, entrants acknowledged that the Sponsor and Related Entities have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release and hold Sponsor and the Related Entities associated with this Sweepstakes harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and agree that the Sweepstakes results determined by the judging organization are final in all respects.
8. INTERNET:If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND EVENT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Uses of automated devices are not valid for entry, and will subject user to immediate disqualification.
9. USE OF INFORMATION:The information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor’s products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law or legal process. If you do not wish to receive information about Sponsor’s products, please make sure to uncheck the box on the Official Online Entry Form.
10. NAME OF WINNER:To receive the name of the Prize Winners, (available after 8/15/08), or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to be received by 9/30/08 to: Preen Garden Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Taylor Brand Group, LLC, 237 N. Prince St. Suite 204, Lancaster, PA 17603. Please specify "Official Rules" or "Winners List". Do not send Sweepstakes entries to this address.
