Preen helps Washington couple care for hundreds of rose bushes

"My husband and I are 82 years old and we maintain 500 rose bushes, a large perennial garden, vegetable garden and other areas of planting in our yard. We were getting frustrated trying to keep ahead of the weeds. When we tried to hire someone to weed for us, the wages were ridiculous. A couple of my friends recommended Preen. We did do all the weeding first and spread Preen.

I used seven, 16-pound containers of Preen Weed Preventer with Brilliant Blooms Fertilizer. We couldn't be happier. My perennial garden is weed free.

I have told more people, from friends to strangers, about Preen. Our local Ace Hardware stores were having to order extra for me! "

Most of us are used to planting annuals, houseplants and even a few perennials in pots for outdoor enjoyment, but what about shrubs? Shrubs add size and mass to the container collection and, in large pots, will likely survive two or three years in cold climates.
