Congratulations
Joyce D!

2007 Preen Sweepstakes Winnter of a $2,500 garden makeover.

After using Preen in an existing flowerbed this spring, Joyce went online to get more information and entered the sweepstakes. “ I've decided to build a decorative garden shed with flower boxes and window shutters, next to the flower bed and small pond in our backyard. We light this area up at night and enjoy it and the ever changing flowers, grasses and the wildlife. The garden shed will be such a wonderful addition to the area and I also won't have to walk so far for my gardening tools,” she said.

Turn lawn and garden waste into compost.

A lot of people think their garden chores are done for the year, but fall is the ideal time to clean up the beds and prepare them for winter. For instance, removing plant debris exposes the soil surface to sun and cold temperatures, which help destroy any insects or diseases that may spend the winter harbored in leaves or fallen fruit.
