This is the Privacy Policy of LEBANON SEABOARD CORPORATION and its various business units (“LSC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and describes the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information gathered through all LSC websites, including www.lebsea.com (hereinafter, the “Websites” or “Sites”).

LSC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of information it collects through its Websites. Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Websites is governed by this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessed or accessible through our Websites.

By using our Websites, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Websites. Information You Share when Using the Business Center. We may use information, including personal information, you submit while using the Lebanon Turf Business Center or any similar facility provided by LSC.

Information You Provide When Requesting Information About or Registering a Product. When you request information about a product offered by LSC or register such a product, we may collect additional information related to your request or registration.

Information You Choose to Share on Your Social Networks. If you choose to link the Websites to your Social Networks, Facebook, Google+ or Twitter will share with us information from your social networks based on their privacy policies and only with your consent.

Information You Provide as One-Time Request. You may provide us with certain information when you submit a request, claim or sign up for an event sponsored by us.

Surveys and Other Feedback. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information about you.

  1. How Do We Use Your Information. Our primary purposes for the collection and processing of information is to provide our Websites (to perform our contract with you), to improve our Websites, to administer your use of the Websites, to market the Websites to you, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Websites. Also, we may process your information where we have a legitimate interest (e.g., fraud prevention, network and information security, research (including marketing research), and direct marketing), and as you otherwise consent.

Third-Party Web Beacons. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track a users progression on our sites. A third party service also makes anonymous information about your visits to our Websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Affiliates and Service Providers. We engage our affiliates and service providers to administer or provide our Websites. We may share the information that we collect with our affiliates or service providers subject to obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

  1. You May Have the Right to Opt Out of Certain Uses of Your Information.

Opt-out of Email Communications. We may periodically send you free newsletters and emails that directly promote our products and services. When you receive such promotional communications from Us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” (by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive). We do need to send you certain important communications regarding our products and you will not be able to opt out of those communications.

Our Websites are not intended for use by people under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. In order to protect your information, we may need to verify your identity (that you are the person about whom we collected personal information) before processing your request. In some cases, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity, such as a government issued ID.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Please understand due to very limited personal information we receive, we might not be able to verify your identity and process your request.

Under the CCPA, You can also designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf. We may request that your authorized agent have written permission from you to make requests on your behalf and may need to verify your authorized agent’s identity.

Do Not Sell My Personal Info. We do not sell your personal information. Note that the requested deletion may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal (for example, if the content or information has been reposted by another user).
